Job Posting End Date: Worker Type: Permanent ABOUT THE JOB As a Remediation Services Team member, the primary responsibility is the timely, efficient and accurate remediation of events impacting our customers. This role will support payment of remediation payments for impacted customers, and the administration and preparation of remittance through ASIC portals for our Regulatory reporting operations team. Communicate efficiently with colleagues in the onshore and offshore Remediation services Teams, co-ordinating to ensure that we respond to SLA of task in a timely manner. This includes working closely with the onshore Remediation Services team on escalations Request, track, and follow up on requests made to complete requested tasks made by the remediation services onshore team. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To work closely with the onshore remediation services team in managing NAB remediation customer file reviews for Deceased estate and Insolvent companies Perform validation and processing of customers files through NAB Universal Workflow (NUW) to process customer payments. Management of Regulatory reporting operations tasks within grace as well as ASIC portal for multiple NAB entities. YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in operational and administrative roles, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry. Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese. Understanding of Compliance obligations. Ability to grasp repetitive tasks/process changes High level of attention to detail. Must be well organised and able to prioritise tasks. High commitment and teamwork spirit.
