Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all Day to day activities of data management, MIS activities and other department related activities but not limited to the following: All data entry activities related to department Preparation of documents and Reports on regular frequency Inter Dept interactions for managing day to day activities Coordination with external parties like Courier and customers as and when required. Monitor the floor employees to ensure all work is completed Ensuring the organizational targets are achieved. Data accuracy and reliability of the work done. Shall carry out daily 5S and up keep the hygiene of the workplace. Should take ownership for the workplace. General Operations Responsibilities: Health & Safety: Consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems. Perform general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within the department/group and assists other areas as required. ELS: Continuously review current processes and search out improvement methods to improve product / process quality and reduce waste, rework, and unnecessary work that adds no value to the work or process. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Teamwork: Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals. Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility. Contribute and participate in team decision making. Provide support in project work and other special requests. Any other jobs assigned from time to time Qualifications SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION: Any Graduation/Diploma with One year of experience in Data Entry/System related work Should be ready to work in the shift and relocate between the dept when ever required Must be fluent in English and local languages. Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills. Should be good in E-mail communication with internal and external customers and suppliers. Should have the ability to work with a team, have time management and organizational skills. Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity. Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new things quickly and should be ready to accept changes as and when required. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast paced engineering environment. Should have a minimum typing speed of 30 ~ 35 words per minute and knowledge of Computer applications like MS Office. Excel knowledge is a must. Should be flexible enough to accept any sort of task and have the ability to stretch beyond limits as and when the task demands it.
