Responsible for daily production operations of spinning machines; 2. Carry out process control according to standard procedures; 3. Monitor equipment performance indicators and take corrective actions; 4. Maintain safety and environmental protection requirements in production processes; 5. Complete shift reports and other records as required by supervisors. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare raw materials and workpieces according to production schedules; 2. Start machine tools, monitor their operation, and perform routine maintenance tasks; 3. Observe production lines and equipment for malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and report them to supervisors or technicians; 4. Clean machinery and remove waste material from production areas; 5. Load and unload materials from storage areas to production lines; 6. Perform quality inspections on finished products; 7. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on production issues. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; 2. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment; 3. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety rules; 4. Physical strength and endurance to operate heavy machinery; 5. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
