The Network Management Service includes three teams: Network Coordination, Civil Parking Enforcement and Traffic Control. The Network Coordination function ensures the smooth running of the network, coordinates utility, developer and private work on the highway, manages performance and minimises disruption to the travelling public, under the Oxfordshire Permit Scheme.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for 2 Officers within the Network Coordination Team to undertake inspections of streetworks to ensure works comply with the Oxfordshire Permit Scheme conditions, the New Roads & Street Works Act and Codes of Practice.
The posts will report directly to area Senior Officers and the Team Leader – (Operations) Network Coordination and will provide support to Senior Officers in meeting inspection targets (A/B & C Inspections), Raising S74 charges, FPNs to maximise compliance on the network. You will also assist with co-ordination of works plus supervision and mentoring of Assistant Officers
