The Procurement Hub is responsible for supporting procurement operations, primarily focusing on Purchase Order (PO) issuance, supplier acknowledgment follow-up, and delivery date updates. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely coordination with suppliers, and smooth purchasing processes. Duties & Responsibilities Issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with approved requisitions and company procedures. Follow up with suppliers for PO acknowledgment and confirmation. Update and maintain accurate PO delivery dates in the system. Ensure all procurement transactions are properly documented and recorded. Liaise with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements when necessary. Support supplier communication regarding order confirmation and scheduling. Monitor open PO status and ensure timely updates in reporting systems. Assist in resolving minor discrepancies related to purchase orders and documentation. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement support (fresh graduates may be considered). Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
