In our supply chain, numerous processes converge daily: Raw materials must be in the right place at the right time, delivery deadlines must be met, and processes between plants, freight forwarders, and internal teams must be coordinated. As part of our SCM team, you will ensure that this all runs smoothly. You will keep processes running, coordinate a wide variety of interfaces, and contribute to reliably turning plans into reality.

You will coordinate the transport of our raw materials between plants, contract manufacturers, and freight forwarders, ensuring a smooth flow of goods.

You coordinate between different internal departments and ensure the timely execution of our raw material shipments.

You monitor production orders at our contract manufacturers and ensure deadlines are met.

You create shipping documents, freight and customs documents, and support smooth international trade.

You check and process invoices from our contract manufacturers as well as freight and parcel service costs. You

provide production documents and picking lists for our internal processes.

You control inventory, monitor transactions, and maintain master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You actively contribute to the further development of workflows and processes within our supply chain.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.

Initial experience in supply chain management, logistics, order processing, or a comparable field

. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

An affinity for numbers, data, and processes.

A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style.

Experience in customs or a background in apparel technology is advantageous.
