Job Summary & Major ResponsibilitiesMaterial Planner manages and coordinates all materials aspects to ensure the alignment of materials supply with production schedule and optimum stock levels to run into given KPI’s.The Material Planner key accountabilities are to:- Keep production flowing smoothly with the needed materials.- Create MRP and maintain an inventory schedule by observing trends and customer demands.- Schedule the materials deliveries to assure both, inventory and service levels.- Identify and resolve all raw and packaging materials availability issues.- Recommend and pursues appropriate disposition of near expiry, damaged, aged and off-spec inventory.- Follow up consistently with Warehouses to ensure the smoothness of inbound materials flow.- Coordinate with Quality unit to ensure that the materials comply with specs and insure on time release.- Evaluate the monthly plan in terms of materials availability and regulatory constraints.- Report the SP weekly & monthly KPIs and dashboards vs targets.LocationHikma Jordan. Bayader, AmmanDivision/ DepartmentSupply Planning/ Supply Chain DepartmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any relevant majorCompetencies and Skills- Can demonstrate strong IT skills, including an advanced excel skill.- Strong analytical and statistical skills.- Has experience using an ERP system “SAP”.- Has an influencing, resilient and confident personality.- Has the ability to work as part of a team.Key Requirements and PreferencesOne to Two years of experience in relevant function/industry.Additional RequirementsFluent English and Arabic
