Responsibilities: Coordinates and oversees the execution of work at construction sites and other field locations, ensuring quality and compliance with contractual obligations from installation to final delivery Holds responsibility for applying contract terms and verifying documentation, ensuring full compliance with procedures and conditions Manages and optimizes the project timeline and schedule, proposing corrective actions where required Monitors and ensures the implementation of health and safety measures, working closely with the Environment – Health and Safety Department of Projects Prepares technical notes, minutes and correspondence, providing well‑documented recommendations on critical technical matters Checks and verifies the certifications and material disposal weighbridge slips Handles and resolves complex technical issues that arise on-site, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the construction site Manages matters and provides recommendations to the hierarchy, taking initiatives to support the successful completion of projects Bachelor’s degree from a University or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic School Master's degree in Engineering or in Science or in Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification At least two (2) years of relevant experience on a construction site Experience in demolition projects of large industrial facilities and in material and waste management will be considered an additional qualification Experience in a technical or construction company will be considered an additional qualification Professional license corresponding to the specialization of the degree Certificate of announcement from the competent Regional Authority, permitting the exercise of all their activities outlined in P.D. 115/2012 and 108/2013 Knowledge of MS Project or equivalent software will be considered an additional qualification Good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact) Availability for urgent geographical relocations Competencies: Accountability and result orientation Teamwork and collaboration Problem-solving and decision-making Effective communication Personal development Strategic thinking Change management Inclusive working environment Continuous training and participation in development activities Group health and life insurance program Reduced electricity consumption invoice
