We are looking for a EMIRATI - Technical Support with strong experience in network troubleshooting and infrastructure support. This role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining network stability, and providing hands-on assistance to users and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong hands-on 2 years experience in network support and troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar network systems is a plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Certifications such as Network+ or CCNA are advantageous but not required
