Job description

• Handle the Mashreq Securities related activities as per laid down procedures and
• ensure that there is no operational loss.
• Timely submission of MIS to the stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Check Corporate Actions relates to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC
• related markets and update the same in the Trading system.
• • Apply in the market for Investor numbers for customers
• • Financial posting in the core system
• • Handle Customer queries and resolve them
• • Prepare trade confirmation and send to the customers
• • Reconciliation of customer portfolio as per agreed intervals and investigations in case
• of any exception
• • Report HO trades done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking the same in
• HO books
