About the Job The Wholesale Officer will play a key role in supporting the wholesale business team to deliver business plans & reports, as well as daily coordination with different stakeholders, to achieve business objectives and enhance our brand presence in various international markets.Key Responsibilities Sales Support Develop and implement sales incentive programmes to motivate different markets and drive achievement of sales targets. Provide ongoing support to local teams to ensure effective execution and performance tracking. Business Review & Sales Analysis Review weekly sales performance by classification to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare high-quality presentation materials to support management decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail Experience, Retail Merchandising, Merchandising Management, and Sales & Marketing to ensure operational alignment and deliver retail excellence. Market Trends & Insights Analyse market developments to generate actionable market intelligence. Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic insights.  Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management within the retail industry. Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance and control oriented, diligent, proactive and able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin).  Immediately available is an advantage.
