Job Description Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. We are seeking Official Hosts to host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties. For this role, you should have great people skills, to make sure our users have a positive game experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Working Hours Shifts will be assigned each week during the following timeframes: Monday to Friday: 8 am – 1 pm, 4 – 9 pm, 6 - 11 pm Saturday & Sunday: 8 am – 1 pm, 1 - 6 pm, 3 – 9 pm, 6 – 11 pm Working Locations North - Yishun West - Jurong, Turf City, Bukit Panjang Central - City Hall, Somerset, Serangoon, Farrer Park, Balestier East - Changi, Paya Lebar, Tampines Key Responsibilities Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games Facilitate numerous football games around Singapore Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish Be ready to step in and play, to cover for any no show players or Hosts Report issues back to Operations Management Requirement FUN outgoing personality Understanding of and passion for football Excellent people and communication skills Previous experience in customer service is a plus Males and Females welcome To apply, please visit https://www.strangersoccer.com/official-host and fill in the application form there.

Responsibilities

Official Hosts act as game facilitators and brand ambassadors, ensuring an outstanding positive game experience for users from arrival to departure. They are also expected to occasionally assist with ad hoc duties and step in to play if players or hosts do not show up.
