Mench is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Offline Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in traditional marketing channels, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and strategic insights. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, delivering tailored marketing solutions that drive results. Your expertise in offline marketing strategies, along with your ability to analyze market trends, will be crucial in developing impactful campaigns. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction. Develop and implement offline marketing strategies that align with client goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Analyze market trends and client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Work collaboratively with various teams to execute marketing campaigns across traditional media platforms. Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing client engagements. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in offline marketing. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role focused on offline marketing. Strong understanding of offline marketing channels such as print, TV, radio, and direct mail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and ROI. Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
