Core Responsibilities Offshore Delivery Leadership * Own overall offshore delivery performance across multiple U.S.-led engagements, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and at expected quality standards. * Act as the primary offshore counterpart to U.S. Partners, Directors, and Engagement Managers, providing transparency into capacity, risks, and delivery status. * Establish clear accountability across offshore roles, deliverables, and timelines to reinforce a “one team” delivery culture.  Operating Model Design & Execution * Design and refine an offshore delivery operating model in partnership with U.S. leadership, including: * Role definitions and skill alignment * Work intake and prioritization * Structured handoffs and overlapping work hours * Quality assurance and review checkpoints * Continuously improve delivery processes to increase utilization, reduce rework, and improve predictability of outputs.  Utilization & Capacity Management * Actively manage offshore utilization across projects, balancing planned and ad‑hoc work while maintaining delivery quality. * Forecast capacity needs based on pipeline and active engagements; proactively surface constraints or excess capacity to U.S. leadership. * Partner with engagement leaders to align staffing plans with project milestones and service level expectations.  Quality Management & Delivery Assurance * Implement and enforce quality standards for offshore work products, including peer review, manager review, and escalation protocols. * Ensure offshore deliverables meet the same expectations for rigor, clarity, and client‑readiness as onshore work. * Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions through coaching, process changes, or skill development.  Team Leadership & Development * Lead, mentor, and coach offshore team members, building consulting‑grade delivery, communication, and problem‑solving skills. * Support performance management, feedback, and professional development in coordination with firm leadership. * Reinforce expectations around responsiveness, documentation, and proactive communication in a global delivery environment.  Technology & Analytics Delivery (Preferred) * Oversee offshore delivery of analytics and technology‑enabled consulting work leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. * Ensure offshore teams can support data modeling, dashboards, automation, and analytics deliverables aligned to U.S. engagement needs. * Translate business and consulting requirements into actionable offshore execution plans for technical teams.  Required Qualifications * 6+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or analytics-enabled delivery, with meaningful time in delivery management roles. * Proven experience working in global delivery models supporting U.S.-based teams or clients. * Strong understanding of consulting engagement management, including scope control, quality assurance, and client-ready deliverables. * Demonstrated ability to design and run operating models that drive high utilization and consistent delivery quality. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior U.S. stakeholders.  Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a mid‑ to top‑tier management consulting firm or professional services organization. * Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Azure data services, or Microsoft Fabric delivery environments. * Experience supporting analytics, performance management, or technology transformation engagements. * Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, or structured PMO methodologies in consulting settings.
