SHIPYARD SCOPE (SINGAPORE/DUBAI):

This shipyard project is to support a jackup and which covers critical inspections, repairs, and upgrades across drilling, marine, lifting, and safety-critical systems. Work includes BOP/Well Control assessments, Amphion drilling controls, electrical/mechanical surveys, and OEM inspections. To execute this safely and efficiently, we require dedicated leadership, drilling oversight with the appropriate technical expertise.
This will be on a rotational position - 28/28. The scope of work will be based in Singapore from now until Novemenber 2025 and then will be in Dubai until end 2026.

We are looking for experienced OIMs to support the shipyard with following requirements.

• Overall leadership and accountability for rig operations during shipyard execution.
• Ensures compliance with client, class, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates all work scopes across drilling, marine, and technical teams.
• Strong experience on jack-up rigs, ideally Super Gorilla class.
• Proven ability to manage large, multicultural teams in shipyard or project environments.
• Track record in safety leadership and incident-free operations.
