Description

Title: Offshore Lead Structural Engineer - Civil Division: KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. Summary Section: Leading the team of Engineers and designers for major projects, Coordinate with another Operating centers / Client. Execute the project within budgeted hours, meeting the project Schedule with quality and Industry standards. Vendor drawings review, coordination with subcontractors. Responsibilities: Working on proposals ,Manhour estimation , Resources planning to meet the Schedule and presentation about the project to Management A wide range of experience of project phases from feasibility, conceptual, FEED to EPC and PMC is preferred. Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Graduate Engineer + Master Degree preferable - Experience ( 15 to 20 years) minimum of 12 years related experience. Should have sound knowledge in the analysis and design of Jacket/FPSO topsides. Capable to independently perform and guide Jacket/Topside structures In-Service and Pre-Service analyses: In place, Pushover, Fatigue, Loadout, Lift, Transportation, Jack up, Float over, etc. Software exposure in SACS & GRL WEAP, SESAM and Review of 3D model by Navisworks Problem solving and decision making, Site experience that is preferred Good Communication Skills, Enthusiasm to learn new concepts and Adaptability to relocate to different centers / countries. Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and designers to execute major offshore structural projects within budget and schedule. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other operating centers while reviewing vendor drawings and ensuring industry standards.
