REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Previous and proven experience in shutdown, maintenance, and commissioning, ideally in the field of chemical cleaning/decontamination, pipeline, testing, and Nitrogen Services
• 2+ years of relevant oil and gas experience or related industry
• Trade qualification is highly regarded
• Ability to work within a team and unsupervised
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience are highly regarded
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Full Australian work rights
• White Construction Card
• HPWJ Operator or Assistant ticket (Desirable)
• Working at Heights obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)
• Enter & Work in a Confined Space ticket obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)
• Gas Testing Atmosphere ticket obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)
• BOSIET, CA-EBS (Desirable)
• MSIC (Desirable)
• Ability to obtain a Police Clearance

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued business growth, we’re seeking qualified and skilled Industrial Services Technicians to join our project team for upcoming offshore scopes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for chemical cleaning, manual labouring, and working alongside various crews to complete tasks safely and to a high standard. Tickets in High-Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) or Inert Entry are highly regarded.
The point of hire is Perth, WA; however, we are open to considering FIFO arrangements from other capital cities, including:
Adelaide (SA), Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW), Brisbane (QLD), Hobart (TAS), and Darwin (NT).

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• General chemical cleaning duties.
• Manual labouring duties.
• Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety, including participating in safety documentation requirements.
• Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
• Working with other crews and helping out wherever the team requires.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Depending on what tickets and experience you hold, you may also participate in High Pressure Water Blasting and Vacuum loading duties.
