LOCATION

This position is based at our site-office in IJmuiden. We are looking for candidates who can be present in the office at least 3 to 4 days per week. To support regular in-person collaboration, we ask that you live within a reasonable (max. 45-60 minutes) commuting distance from the office.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you will be a vital link between our offshore sites and central support teams, ensuring that operational and technical expertise are seamlessly delivered where they are needed most. You will take ownership of planning and executing regional projects, such as annual maintenance campaigns, by collaborating closely with site teams you can guarantee readiness from the outset. Your day-to-day work will focus on building strong partnerships across regions, enabling clear alignment on project goals and standards. Success in this position means projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule, thanks to your careful coordination of pre-site requirements including working procedures, certifications, inductions and safety protocols.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for offshore sites and central support functions to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving;
  • Overseeing all aspects of project preparation from managing accurate data in SAP to organising tools, spare parts and documentation required for execution;
  • Supporting planners by providing detailed scope information to build robust execution plans;
  • Leading cross regional initiatives that drive consistency and best practice sharing across different locations;
  • Ensuring that health and safety standards are met at every stage of project delivery.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Hands-on experience in Operations and Maintenance within a technical domain, giving you the insight needed to navigate real-world challenges on site;
  • A working knowledge of wind turbine systems and strong familiarity with SAP for managing project data and resources;
  • Understanding of compliance processes, ensuring that all procedures meet required standards;
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written), so you can communicate effectively across regional teams
