REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.
• Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager’s core functional modules.
• Experience in Yardi Elevate modules will be an advantage
• Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain, especially within the Middle East market
• Immediate joiner or able to join by end of May

• Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager modules:
  Leasing (Commercial & Residential)

Finance

• Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.
• Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.
• Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
