Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of Offside. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless operations, while upholding JA Resorts & Hotels’ standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily bar and service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead, motivate, and coach bar and service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, safety, and HACCP requirements Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements Support the Director of F&B with budgeting, forecasting, and promotional initiatives Drive profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and upselling Assist in planning and executing live screenings, themed events, and promotions Ensure seamless coordination between bar, kitchen, and service teams Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently Uphold JA Resorts & Hotels’ brand standards, grooming, and service excellence Qualifications, Skills & Experience Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a high-volume bar or casual dining environment Minimum 2 years of Dubai bar operational experience Strong beverage background required (WSET Level 1 preferred) Solid knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends Proven ability to meet revenue targets and enhance guest satisfaction Experience with POS systems and understanding of basic financial reports Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hour Why Join JA Resorts & Hotels At JA Resorts & Hotels, we are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences across our award-winning portfolio.
