ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Offsite Client Service Representative to join our Customer Support team. In this hourly, full-time role, you will be primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in English, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and their experience with our organization exceeds expectations. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently from your location.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions.
