MANDATORY SKILLS:

• AML (TM & KYC) Compliance Expertise with solid understanding of AML processes.
• Functional proficiency in Oracle Mantas/OFSAA/FCCM workflows.
• Experience with AML workflows and data analysis/profiling.
• Technical expertise in T-SQL or PL/SQL.
• Competency in Python or any advanced analytics platforms.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant roles.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Mantas/FCCM workflows.
• Provide functional expertise in the design and implementation of Oracle Mantas/FCCM workflows.
• Conduct gap analyses to assess discrepancies between regulatory expectations and existing systems/processes.
• Partner with IT and compliance teams to enhance workflows and drive automation improvements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and suspicious activities using tools like SQL, Python, or other advanced analytics platforms.
• Participate in detailed data workshops with the Bank and contribute to project planning initiatives.
• Support system testing, including UAT and production implementations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
