REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in residential childcare at least for one year in Deputy position with proven leadership skills.
· Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations, and safeguarding.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Lead the daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth running and high standards of care.
· Safeguard young people, following all policies and procedures.
· Create and review individual care plans to meet each young person’s needs.
· Train, and support staff to deliver quality care.
· Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
· Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.
· Build positive relationships with young people, families, and stakeholders.
· Keep accurate and up-to-date records.
