Pier 2 Pier care services are recruiting on behalf of of client for for an OFSTED Registered Manager to manage a new residential home in Worthing.

• Responsible for leading culture change and delivering the residential home’s objectives in line with Ofsted regulations and an approach to care for, support and meet the needs of children in care.
• To provide exceptionally strong and motivational leadership to all staff, leading by coaching and mentoring, and improve performance
• To be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high quality residential services to the young people and their families.
• Ensure that team members work effectively with young people, families, and all internal and partner agencies.
• To ensure the highest standards of emotional, social and physical care, promoting the best outcomes for young people through research, development and partnership to formulate and monitor placement & care planning.
• To take overall responsibility for all regulatory requirements associated with Ofsted registration and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
