JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children residential care and ofsted. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in child care management or a similar role within an assisted living setting
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare management are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting dignity, respect, and independence among all individuals in the facility.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents with complex needs.
