JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager with minimum 2 years experience working with Ofsted to support the Ofsted registration process for the setting up of a children home.
You will be responsible to oversee the operations of the children home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, including experience in children home environment. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, developing care plans, and providing exceptional support to residents with varying care needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a children home setting is essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and staff members alike.
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols is highly desirable.
