Location: Rochester NY, On-Site Compensation: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch Length of Co-Op: 3-6 months The OGP Service Admin Intern will support the Service Operations team by receiving, reviewing, and processing daily logs, weekly expense reports, and customer service reports from Field Service personnel, following up as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness. This role also assists with the processing of service billings and performs various clerical functions as required. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in administrative operations, offering an excellent opportunity to develop organizational skills and gain insight into the service industry within a dynamic team environment. Role and Responsibilities: · Receive, review, and process daily logs submitted by Field Service personnel, following up as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness. · Receive, review, and process weekly expense reports from Field Service personnel, addressing any required corrections or additions. · Receive, review, and file customer service reports, coordinating with Field Service personnel to resolve any discrepancies or missing information. · Support the processing of service billings, including paid calls, intercompany transactions, IQOQ, and service agreements. · Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as required to support the Service Operations team. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: (Experience, Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) · PC Computer skills with MS-Office Suite of products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook) · Ability to learn business system data processing – INFOR-CSI9, Salesforce and Others · Proper communication skills with piers and customers. · Attention to details · High-School Diploma Physical and/or Environmental Requirements: · Must be able to safely lift and walk with tools and artifacts up to 50 lbs. in weight. Must be able to lift those tools and artifacts above shoulder height (to reach storage shelving) · Must be able to sit in an office environment for a standard workday. · Must be able to concentrate on the task at hand in an environment where noise from multiple customer conversations can be heard. · Physical energy and strength sufficient to handle packages safely and efficiently within the plant.
