Product & Marketing Team Assistant (BNT) Pyrmont, Sydney We're looking for a highly organised Product & Marketing Team Assistant to become the backbone of our Bras N Things Product & Marketing team. This is a fast paced role supporting our General Manager of Product & Marketing and wider leadership team, ensuring the team operates seamlessly while helping bring exciting product launches and campaigns to life. What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the General Manager of Product & Marketing, including diary management, presentations, meeting coordination and expense management. Support the wider Product and Marketing leadership team with day-to-day administration, business priorities and key deadlines. Coordinate events including conferences, workshops, range presentations and team meetings. Raise and manage purchase orders, process invoices and assist with budget and P&L tracking. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including approvals, itineraries and bookings. Manage product samples for campaigns, retail conferences, presentations and charitable initiatives. Support the Marketing team during online campaign shoots, helping coordinate product samples and ensuring products are presented at their best, while also assisting with product launches and internal communications. About you Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar coordination role. Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. Previous experience in a creative, retail or marketing environment will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
