REQUIREMENTS:

• A strong clinical leader with a background in Occupational Health, who enjoys developing teams and building trusted client partnerships
• NMC Registration
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
• Proven experience in complex case management
• Prior management or supervisory experience (desirable)
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills
• The flexibility to travel regularly between client sites (company car or allowance provided)
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider clinical and operational team
• A full UK driving licence

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead and support a team of OH Advisors, Nurses, and Technicians
• Deliver high-quality OH services across multiple client sites (majority of your time will be on-site)
• Provide clinical supervision and expert case management guidance
• Manage clinical governance, ensure compliance, and oversee service delivery standards
• Act as the central point of contact for client relationships
• Conduct audits, support recruitment, and contribute to strategic planning
• Organise and oversee health initiatives such as flu campaigns
• Identify and implement service improvements that align with client needs
