We’re on a mission to fuel our guests with awesome coffee and positive energy, and we need shift leads who can help carry that mission through every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shift Lead, you’ll support the Store Manager by keeping operations on point during your shifts. You’ll coach your crew, lead with integrity, and create a guest experience that’s as smooth as our cold brew. You’ll also step in wherever needed to make sure things are flowing — in the kitchen, at the register, or behind the bar.

Here’s what that really looks like:

• Bring positive leadership to each shift and lead by example
• Set the tone and keep the vibe right, even during high-volume rushes
• Support and guide team members in delivering amazing guest experiences
• Ensure drinks and food meet our high quality and presentation standards
• Jump in with store upkeep — from dishes and cleaning to restocking and organizing
• Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering when needed
• Handle cash handling, store open/close procedures, and basic troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly with the Store Manager about wins, challenges, and daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• OPEN Availability (Required on Weekends) with certain exceptions to be made for the right person
• You lead with kindness, confidence, and common sense
• You’ve got previous experience in a leadership or key-holder role (bonus if it’s in coffee or food service)
• You stay cool under pressure and know how to inspire others to do the same
• You’re dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work
• You know that cleaning, organizing, and doing dishes are part of the gig — and you’re good with that
• You love people — and you know how to create a welcoming, inclusive space for guests and team members alike
