Short Description The Executive – eCommerce will support in managing the ecommerce marketplace operations for our brand, as well as planning and execution of marketing activities. This role is 6 month contract under agency, replacing maternity leave, can start from 5 Jan 2026. Job Description: Support in managing Omron Ecommerce sales channels on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Omron E-Shop, TikTok) Support to manage the promotional pricing and assortment strategy and controlling of A&P budget. Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc Work with content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion plans Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various marketplaces Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (channel PIC, digital marketing team) to drive Ecommerce sales Work with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and consumer experience   Job Requirements: Degree in related field 2-4 years experience in e-Commerce. Strong negotiation skill to liaise with marketplace platforms. Able to handle daily order flow and operate marketplace Seller Centres. Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL) for reporting. Possess strong attention to details, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, has a positive attitude and is a team player. Understand the entire Ecommerce matrix and process flow. Ability to work in tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced environment.
