Tamarack Valley Energy is looking for a Contract Field Operator for their Nipisi Field. Camp can be provided to those that are not local. This is an 8/6 shift with 10-hour days.

Additional requirements include:

• 5+ years of field operating experience
• Oil batteries, pump jacks, ESP’s, compression, sour field
• Reliable individual with good attention to detail
• Able to work long hours outdoors
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with health, safety and environmental practices and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations production, activities, processes, and procedures
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Good with computers
• Self-starter who can work independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Possess proven communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is a definite asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65.00-$72.00 per hour
