ABOUT AROLYTICS

Arolytics is a Calgary-based technology company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge emissions software and consulting solutions to the Oil and Gas sector across North America. As a purpose-driven company, our mission is to support oil and gas business optimization through strategic emissions management.
Our software AroViz, is an AI-powered platform that integrates Oil and Gas operational data, including SCADA, and third-party emission measurement data to detect, understand causation, prioritize, and reduce methane emissions efficiently and effectively.

SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in oil and gas, ideally as a Facility Engineer, Process Engineer, Process Control Engineer, or Operations Technologist.
  • A diverse background, with the ability to provide ‘industry’ perspectives and not ‘single company’ perspectives.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, PI historians, P&IDs, and instrumentation signals, and other PCN related data.
  • Working knowledge of methane emissions sources and facility equipment (e.g., tanks, flares, compressors).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates.
  • Bonus: Experience with LDAR, emissions reporting, or control systems integration.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment—you’re adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-moving team where priorities can shift as we learn and scale.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our data science and product team to interpret SCADA signals, process diagrams, and operational events across upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities.
  • Review and interpret P&IDs, process schematics, and other facility design diagrams.
  • Provide domain expertise, aligning real-world operations and workflows with our continued product development.
