Mobil 1 Lube Express has an immediate opportunity for an Oil Change Assistant Manager at our Pasadena, TX location. The Assistant Manager will help drive oil change operations, including managing staff, training employees, and assisting customers.

• This position comes with the ability to earn commission.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work 40-45 hours a week including weekends
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service position.
• Prior supervisory / management experience desired
• The ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• Mechanical skills a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid state driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply!
