In this role, you will support Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS) and Fluids Analysis operations by coordinating customer communications, processing sample data, handling reporting, and ensuring smooth lab workflows. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Serve as Customer Contact: Act as the primary communication point for customer questions, follow‑up, and feedback. Recommend Testing Protocols: Suggest appropriate fluid analysis tests based on equipment profiles. Retrieve & Process Results: Retrieve sample results and ensure timely, accurate registration of oil sample data. Communicate Findings: Share maintenance and repair recommendations with customers based on Oil Analyst reviews and trend insights. Organize & Maintain Records: Prioritize information flow, manage documentation, and maintain accurate, confidential files. Oversee Lab Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and ensure lab supplies are stocked and available. Maintain Customer Data: Manage customer equipment profiles, update records, and provide sample results as needed. Support Billing Activities: Invoice customer accounts and verify payment information. Identify Process Improvements: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance lab efficiency and consistency. Promote SOS Value: Educate customers on the benefits of Caterpillar SOS Services as part of preventive maintenance programs. Work Safely: Follow all safety guidelines and represent Quinn in a professional, value‑driven manner at all times.
