To learn more about our company, please visit our website;  https://www.trulieve.com     Requisition ID:  20194    Remote Work Available: No  Job Title: Oil Processing Technician I Department: Processing  Reports to: Production Plant Manager  FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Location: Ironton, Ohio   ROLE SUMMARY  The Oil Processing Technician I will be part of the team responsible for weighing, measuring, and filling medical marijuana derivatives, in the appropriate container for resale at company dispensaries, while meeting tight production deadlines.       KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV). Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening. Responsible for properly weighing, measuring, and filling various types of medical marijuana derivatives into the appropriate container accurately and efficiently. Label containers with the appropriate product labels. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility within the packaging area. Other duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer skills. Exceptionally strong math and counting skills. Ability to focus, stay on task, and continuously demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Strong inter-personal skills and able to work productively within a group environment. Must be able to follow detailed instructions, written and verbal. Must be dependable with reliable transportation. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate, at workstations for extended periods of time. Maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks. Must be able to handle organic matter daily and able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection). Must have visual acuity with/without aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
