As part of the Speed Jobbing event organized by the Société de développement économique de la Colombie-Britannique (SDECB), several hotel employers in the Okanagan Valley are seeking bilingual candidates for positions in housekeeping, cooking, and front desk services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an asset.
• Basic French is required (roles involve interacting with both English- and French-speaking guests).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Attention to detail and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and maintain professional standards.
• For cooks: knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to work in a kitchen environment.
• For front desk: experience with reservation systems and guest check-in/check-out.
