About the Role An opportunity exists within the Older Persons Community Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Nurse with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery-based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.   About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Degree in Nursing Mental Health Experience Well-developed interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a diverse team  Ability to work autonomously  Current drivers licence Strong commitment to high quality recovery-based case management  Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
