We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.     About the Role      An opportunity exists within the Older Persons Community Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Nurse with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery-based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.        About You      To be successful in this role, you will possess:      Degree in Nursing  Mental Health Experience  Well-developed interpersonal skills  Ability to work as part of a diverse team   Ability to work autonomously  Current drivers licence  Strong commitment to high quality recovery-based case management       Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.      Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
