We’re seeking a Sales Specialist with deep knowledge of Oleochemicals to expand our customer base, grow key accounts, and help us deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions to clients around the globe.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven sales experience in the chemical or Oleochemical industry and have strong understanding of oleochemical products and applications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oleochemical product sales in both bulk and container shipping operations
  • Have some direct hands-on experience in Production and Logistics planning, Sales forecasts to maximize plant capacity utilization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to travel as needed for client meetings or trade shows

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Group’s Oleochemical products (various forms of fatty acids, crude and refined glycerine, etc.)
  • Identify and engage new customers in relevant sectors (personal care, lubricants, plastics, agriculture, etc.)
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Formulate and negotiate spot and off-take contracts, pricing, and terms of sale
  • Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to meet customer requirements
  • Track market trends and provide competitive insights
  • Report regularly on sales pipeline and targets
