We have an amazing opportunity to join Olivia’s Haven as a Retail Team Member in our NEW Belfast City Centre Store!
We’re looking for Retail Team Members who will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our retail customers, while also helping to create engaging in-store content on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
If you love connecting with people both in-person and online, and you’re excited to help bring our products to life in creative ways, this is the role for you!

• Greet and engage customers, offering friendly, helpful advice to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and recommend products based on customer preferences.
• Create engaging social media content, including product features, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments, to boost brand presence and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, adapting content to keep Olivia’s Haven fresh and relevant.
• Assist with product displays and store layout to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and gift card payments.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
