Description Position Title: The Only Facial Aesthetician Location: All St. Louis Locations Job Type: Part-time and Full-time Salary Description: $27+ per hour Reports To: Store Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a licensed aesthetician (esthetician) who is passionate about skin health and client care to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an aesthetician who values education, personalized treatments, and a calm, professional work environment. Requirements What You’ll Do Provide customized facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning Perform thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas) Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Who We’re Looking For Licensed aesthetician (required) Strong communication and customer care skills Passion for skincare and continued learning Experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate Schedule Part-time or full-time opportunities available Mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends Compensation & Perks Hourly base + commission (details discussed during interview) Complimentary facials Employee discounts on Vivant Skin Care products Ongoing education and opportunities for growth #PM26
