Omni Channel Marketing Manager Pay Rate: 45.00 - 50.00 per hour Contract through Randstad to start. Leave coverage req. Part time role, 20 hours per week. This role will run from 10/1/2025 to 12/31/2025.
Seeking a highly organized, customer-facing, and data-driven Onmi Channel Marketing Manager to lead the rollout of products and services to distribution and eCommerce channel partners while managing the P&L for eCommerce channels. This role is responsible for ensuring that content is fully optimized across partner digital channels, managing projects related to product and services launches, and driving adoption through training, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

P&L OWNERSHIP & ECOMMERCE GROWTH:

• Own and manage the P&L for eCommerce channels, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and promotional investments to drive growth.
• Optimize profit margins by managing product mix, pricing strategies, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop annual revenue forecasts and budget allocations.
