Company Description Job Description The Styling Coordinator is an entry level position supporting our A&F Omni Styling Team (campaign ,stores and social ). The Styling Coordinator needs to be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and work well on a team. They must be able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and be knowledgeable and passionate about the brand and fashion industry. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Campaign/ Social Collaborating with the stylist leads to create an ongoing priority list and assisting in prepping/organizing appropriate merchandise/racks to maximize shoot efficiency Keeping track of samples during campaign sample passes, shoot pack outs and unpacks Assisting with the packing and shipping of campaign photo shoot trunks; unpacking and reorganizing samples upon return Supporting the efficiency and organization of the prop/accessory closets (shoes, accessories, undergarments) coming to the table with new ideas for sample organization. Auditing and ensuring styling kits and supplies are in-stock Helping support social media tickets by going to ANF stores locally, assisting with flat lays, and dressing mannequins. Visual Floorset Responsibilities: Supporting stylist in store dressing mannequins for floorset sign off. Partnering with the visual team to make copies of missing samples. Organizing and keeping track of visual samples in closet, prepping racks for sign offs Auditing form base placements (steaming and heights) prior to any in-store update/signoff What Do You Need To Bring? Bachelor’s degree (in Fashion, Marketing, or related creative field preferred) or related experience 0-2 years' experience in a styling support or visual merchandising role, preferably within a fast-paced cross-functional team Ability to be organized, self-motivated and passionate about branding and the e-commerce landscape Strong communication skills including being team-oriented, positive, proactive and business-savvy A desire to stay up to date on e-commerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to the A&F’s competitive landscape Our Company Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.
