In this role, you will be the strategic bridge between brand, customer, and commerce. You will bring brand strategies to life by ensuring a seamless, agnostic connection across all stages of the shopper journey, driving conversion and loyalty through integrated marketing and e-commerce activations. This role demands a leader with a passion for building brand equity, a strong grasp of multicultural dynamics, and a collaborative spirit to drive culturally resonant campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams In this role, you will: Strategic Leadership for Omni-Channel and Shopper Program Development Lead the development of comprehensive omni-channel strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive brand and customer growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing plans that resonate with shoppers at every touchpoint. Utilize advanced shopper insights to inform and shape tactical strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and tailored to meet the evolving needs of the shopper. Lead development of impactful merchandising programs that enhance brand presence and influence shopper behaviour at the point of sale. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the launch of innovation, ensuring new products are successfully introduced with compelling in-store and digital activation plans. Oversee all “end-to-end” omni-channel marketing activities including program design, development, implementation, execution and budget management Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into Omni Marketing strategies. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to seek out new opportunities for growth and efficiency. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure flawless execution and Innovation Multicultural Strategy and Program Development across Brands Develop and lead the Clorox Multicultural Marketing Strategy aligned with national brand objectives Identify and prioritize key brands and cultural segments based on market insights and business opportunities Oversee the creation of culturally resonant content and campaigns across all channels. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on cultural insights and analytics Customer Connectivity Act as a liaison between Omni Marketing and customer teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive in-store and online success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment and execution of joint business plans. Provide oversight for go to market execution of retail initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, using insights to refine and improve future initiatives. #LI-Hybrid What we look for: Years and Type of Experience: 10+ years experience with proven related experience leading a Shopper Marketing Team in CPG Skills and Abilities: Proven experience in omni-channel and shopper marketing, with a strong track record of driving successful retail initiatives. Deep understanding of shopper insights and their application in marketing strategy development. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis Commercial awareness and strategic mindset Education Level/Degree: Business qualification (BA/ MBA/ BComm) or BS with focus on Communication or Marketing or equivalent working experience.
