Description
Collaborate with Downstream Product Managers and GPO Lead to drive content development and execution of omnichannel campaigns Collaborate side by side with EMEA Digital Marketing COE to coordinate execution of digital campaigns Coordinate maintenance of existing HS&P portfolio of content and create new content where there are gaps and opportunities. Apply operating models, processes, tools and technologies along with the content lifecycle. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Team to ensure alignment and best practice sharing at EMEA level Performance Tracking & Communication Collaborate on budget management. 5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communications (B2B or B2C), including deploying content strategy and plans into high quality marketing content. Professional experience in MedTech is preferred; exposure to downstream or commercial product management is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other relevant fields. Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus. Content management & SEO - Knowledge about SEO and content production for various digital, social media and other channels is an advantage. Communication & Storytelling - Able to translate data and value propositions into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences. Execution Excellence - Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy to implementation in complex, matrixed environments. Influence & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Skilled in working with stakeholders across divisions, countries, and functions. Courage & Ownership - Comfortable challenging assumptions, taking decisions, and driving accountability. Data & Insights - Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting, performance tracking, and customer insights synthesis.
