Job Description We are looking for two experienced and self-directed Omnichannel Sales Specialists for roles that combine field sales, sales partner collaboration, and the development and support of telemarketing. One position offers a longer fixed-term contract period, while the other is for a shorter fixed-term assignment. In this role, you will not be directly responsible for selling to customers. Instead, your primary focus will be on supporting, managing, and developing the sales teams and partners who interact with customers through meetings and calls. You will set sales targets for sales partners, provide ongoing support for salespeople on various needs, and ensure these teams have the guidance, resources, and oversight needed to achieve their targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. Additionally, you will regularly confront and resolve problem-solving situations across various areas related to sales operations. Your work will concentrate on operational development, quality control, and strategic improvement of our sales channels and sales processes. You will be part of a team focused on acquiring new customers, developing our sales channels, and continually seeking new sources of customer acquisition. Team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) drive output and guide actions. The team comprises sales and process-oriented professionals with a broad skill set in the sales field. In this team, you will have a front-row seat to Vattenfall’s customer experience, as the customer is always at the centre of our operations. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, where information and activities come from many directions. Good stress tolerance and prioritization skills are essential for succeeding in this position. We also value strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and readiness to travel to meet sales partners within Finland as needed. We are seeking applicants with prior, preferably extensive, hands-on experience in sales or team leadership roles, especially in field sales or telemarketing. Previous experience in the energy sector is not required, as comprehensive industry and product training will be provided during onboarding. However, any prior experience in the energy industry will be considered an advantage. The positions are fixed-term contracts, with desired start dates between December 2025 and January 2026. Please note that each assignment has a different contract duration, with the longer running until the end of February 2027 and the shorter until the end of August 2026. The workplace is based at our office in Vallila, Helsinki, and work is carried out both at the office and remotely, following a hybrid model. Main Responsibilities Ensure achievement of sales targets according to plan Management of sales partnerships Monitoring the performance and quality of sales teams Setting weekly and monthly sales targets for the team Managing and optimizing sales meetings with sales partners Handling customer complaints Reporting sales targets and results Developing the sales team by motivating, guiding, and training product expertise Qualifications Previous experience as a specialist or team leader in field, store, or tele-sales Result-oriented approach Experience in sales work and its development Ability to perceive sales strategy in a Omnichannel environment Demonstrates a process-driven approach and maintains a well-structured work style Good interpersonal skills and ability to read situations Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and good communication skills in English Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment Ability to manage and handle ad hoc tasks Willingness to travel within Finland.
