DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a OMS Control Room Colleague to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements at Tradeteam, Gloucester.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Produce and analyse productivity data for the South region of Tradeteam on a daily and weekly basis
• Undertake face to face problem solving with the operational team – dealing with system and equipment queries
• Engage and contribute at all levels of operational hierarchy
• Complete administration tasks required for the operation
