About the role
The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for utilizing new and existing strategies to source and pre-screen candidates to fill temporary and direct hire job orders for various clients. A successful Coordinator will develop and maintain professional relationships with multiple sourcing resources, generating pools of qualified applicants to build and sustain comprehensive candidate pipelines. Acting as the candidate’s employment “agent” (i.e., liaison) through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, the Coordinator implements initiatives for recruiting diverse talent. About you
A high school diploma or equivalent with a preferred minimum of six (6) months of recruiting and customer service experience.
