Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range for Boston-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $28.00/hr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative. Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence Protect the station’s FCC license Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly Operate the control board and perform production work Other duties as required by management Qualifications Required & Preferred: Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills Strong knowledge of all music, popular culture what’s topic for the stations target demo is a must Familiar with FCC guidelines Experience with Wide Orbit, Vox Pro, Adobe Audition is preferred At least 2 years on air experience is preferred but not required Passion and enthusiasm is a must NOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
