Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll oversee the full onboarding journey for new starters—whether blue collar, white collar, or subcontractors—ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
From managing trackers and compliance dashboards to coordinating inductions, training, and security briefings, you’ll be the go-to person for all onboarding queries.
You’ll work closely with HR, vetting teams, and training providers, verifying documentation and escalating any delays.
Your updates will help senior management stay informed, and you’ll support workforce planning by aligning onboarding with project milestones.
You’ll also liaise with travel and accommodation teams to ensure new starters are well-prepared and welcomed.
